Business Hunter launched 2023 “We mean business”

This week, Business Hunter launched their 2023 “We mean business” State Election Platform, a document that provides the incoming state government with a clear agenda of the actions needed  to support businesses across the region over the next four years.

Behind the objectives of workforce and skills development and attraction; industry development and the new energy economy; housing availability and affordability; infrastructure facilitation and action plan and delivering for business and community, we have structured 24 recommendations based on feedback from their valued member/Hunter First member, and affiliate networks.

We are at a critical period in our history in many ways. Business Hunter by no means believes this is going to be a tick box exercise. The process to get the job done will be dynamic and take time and we look forward to early wins as the election campaign progresses.

Business Hunter commend the document to you and looks forward to working with stakeholders in advocating the initiatives and importantly, tracking progress across the respective parties as they move towards knowing who will be forming government after 25 March 2023.
